I have seen improvement in my observational skills, particularly for small details when examining devices for damage. I have also grown in confidence and in my abilities to disassemble and reassemble devices of different types. This apprenticeship and workplace is ideal for people who might be uneasy about stricter environments. It’s relaxed and supportive and has helped me gain confidence in my abilities to build a career in technical support. Despite my aversion to more education this job description caught my attention and seemed to be what I was really looking for.
